The Pro-mat XXL Pro-Series set is designed for larger floor areas. It includes yellow Pro-Series heating mats rated at 150 W/m², one white or black PS60 WiFi thermostat, a floor sensor and the load modules required for the selected size. The mats are approximately 3 mm thick and use fully fluoropolymer-insulated heating cable.
Every variant includes one PS60 in your selected colour and a floor sensor. Choose the size according to the free floor area that will actually be heated.

Control the heating with the Tuya Smart app and a weekly schedule. The load modules switch additional heating circuits with the same thermostat. All mats are controlled together; these are not independently adjustable zones.
16A is the switching capacity of the PS60, not the maximum total load of the entire XXL set. Load modules allow additional heating circuits to be switched; they do not increase the capacity of an existing electrical circuit. A qualified electrician must determine and install the distribution across the thermostat, load modules and required electrical circuits. Do not connect all mats directly to the PS60.
Fully embed the mats in suitable flexible tile adhesive or levelling compound. Under PVC, first completely and evenly embed the mat in levelling compound and check that the floor finish is suitable for electric underfloor heating. Never shorten or cross the heating cable. Measure and record resistance before, during and after installation. Position the floor sensor between two heating cables in a separate suitable protective conduit. Follow the supplied installation instructions.
Lifetime warranty on heating mats after completing and submitting the warranty form within 30 days of purchase, subject to the warranty terms. The PS60 and floor sensor have a two-year warranty. A paper measurement and warranty form is included in the box; a digital form is also available from the manufacturer.
