Depending on how you use our website, we may process your name, company name, billing and delivery address, country, email address, telephone number, customer and order number, order, payment, return and warranty information, account details, correspondence, reviews, IP address, browser and device information, website usage, cookie data and online identifiers.

Accounting: e-Boekhouden.nl processes invoice, order and payment information.

Delivery: PostNL, DHL, GLS and Trunkrs receive the necessary contact and address information. Pallet shipments are handled by HST Transport. Carriers may share necessary data with subcontractors.

Reviews: WebwinkelKeur processes your name, email address and order information for review invitations and reviews.

Sales platforms: bol.com, Kaufland and Marktplaats provide us with customer and order information when you order through their platforms.

Analytics and advertising: Google and Meta may, after consent where required, process data for analytics, conversion measurement, audience creation and advertising. This may include IP address and device, browser, click and purchase data.

Public authorities: we disclose data when a competent authority lawfully requires us to do so.
5. Cookies
We use functional, analytics and marketing cookies. Functional cookies are required for features such as the shopping cart, language preferences and security. Analytics cookies help us improve the website. Marketing cookies are used for advertising and conversion measurement.

9. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have significant legal or similar effects. Advertising platforms may automatically select advertisements, but this does not constitute such a decision by Vloer-verwarming.com.
10. Your rights
