Which underlay suits your heating system?
Choose according to the heating system and floor finish. Insulation boards, soft underlay and decoupling mats have different functions.

What does extra insulation do?
It can reduce downward heat loss and improve warm-up time. Results depend on the existing floor, insulation, temperatures and controls. A fixed saving percentage is not guaranteed. Thin boards do not replace full insulation of an uninsulated floor structure.
Installation
Use a suitable stable substrate and follow fixing, adhesive and finishing instructions. Include the full floor area, cutting waste and whole packs. Water-resistant boards do not automatically waterproof joints or connections.
