Vloer-verwarming.com ensures that your order is packed and dispatched quickly and carefully.

• Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the destination country, size and weight of the order.

• Parcels are shipped with PostNL, DHL, GLS or Trunkrs.

• Pallet shipments are handled by HST Transport.

• The average international delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, where tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

The delivery period starts once the order has been fully processed. A different delivery time may be shown on the product page or order confirmation for products that are not in stock.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product.

If you return the complete order, we will refund the full purchase price, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method we offered. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. The cost depends on the destination country, carrier, dimensions and weight of the shipment. Different rates apply to pallet returns.

Conditions

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. Do not handle it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation.

If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what was necessary for this inspection, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund. Please package the product carefully before returning it.

How do I return a product?

1. Notify our customer service team of your withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the order.

2. Return the product, with sufficient postage paid, no later than 14 days after your notification to:

3. Keep your proof of postage until the return has been fully processed.

We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you provide proof that it has been sent, whichever occurs first. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
