At Vloer-verwarming from Nijverdal, we ensure your order is delivered quickly and with care.

Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €150.

For orders below this amount, a small shipping fee applies.

Your order will be securely packed and shipped via PostNL or Trunkrs.
Shipping options:

PostNL:
Reliable delivery within 1–2 business days. If you're not home, PostNL may deliver to your neighbors or a local pickup point. -
Trunkrs Evening Delivery:
Convenient evening delivery at a time that suits you. Available on weekdays for added flexibility.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can easily follow your package.
For international shipping or special requests, please contact our customer service — we're happy to assist you.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. That's why we offer a flexible return policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

We will refund the full purchase amount, excluding original shipping costs.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense (approximately €7.50 per package, depending on the carrier).

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

All accessories must be included.

Make sure to pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transport.
If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary for evaluation, we reserve the right to deduct a depreciation fee.

Once approved, you can ship the item back to us.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it's received in good condition.
